The Carpenter Camps on Lake Clear
Rules and Regulations

Each camp is independently owned. You will need to bring your
own linens and life jackets. Plus a desire to get away and have
fun enjoying nature with all the comforts of being in a home!
No lifeguards are on duty. Swimmers and those who go near the
water do so at their own risk. We require that supervision is given
to those that need it so that great and wonderful memories are
obtained as a result of your time spent on Lake Clear.

1. Upon entry, you are required to Stop and Check in at Camp Eagle’s Nest for final payment, a $100.00 cash security is requested upon your arrival.
2. Any breakage or damage must be reported immediately and will be taken out of the security deposit.
3. Please leave camps in the same clean and orderly manner as found to secure the full return of your security deposit. Failure to do so may result in not receiving a full refund of your security.
4. Please Do Not move items (dishes, silverware, vacuums, etc.) into other camps. Blankets and spreads are to be used for beds only.
5. Kitchen, bath and bed linens are not supplied. Required size linen for bedding for the following camps are:
Camp Baywood–3 BR: one queen size set, four twin sets
Camp Sanjamaw–3 BR: two full size sets, one twin set, one king size bed

Camp Eaglenest –3 BR: one queen, one full, three twin , one king size bed
Camp Uplate –1 BR: one full efficiency cabin
(We supply king size bedding)
6. When inside/outside balls/games are used, return items to the appropriate place.
7. Parents are to supervise their own children while in the water. Life jackets are not supplied. SWIMMING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
8. Each boat must be secured on both ends and secured at designated dock. All persons utilizing watercraft vehicles MUST use a life jacket. BOATING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. Paddles and oars must be leaning against boathouse/shed when not in use. Please do not leave paddles/oars in the boats or on the beach.
9. lawn furniture must always be returned to original area.
10. No pets are allowed for safety and health issues.
11. There are containers outside each camp for the storage of your garbage. All garbage needs to be taken to the local dump (located on Rte 30) on a regular basis, due to the increase in wildlife.
